Conformance status
ExecEdOS targets WCAG 2.2 level AA. We do not currently claim conformance: only an automated subset has been checked, and the manual and assistive-technology evaluation that a conformance claim requires has not been carried out yet.
What has been checked
Automated axe-core scans (WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 A and AA rule tags) run in a simulated browser (jsdom) in our test suite, with no outstanding violations, on these surfaces:
- Terms acknowledgement gate (dialog and focus placement)
- Billing: demonstration row, provider-unavailable and readiness-failure states
- Debate chat and activity live panels
- Assistant page with evidence (provenance) labels
Other pages have not been scanned and may contain issues.
What this scope cannot show
A simulated browser has no layout or colour rendering, so these checks were excluded and remain unverified:
- Colour contrast
- Reflow at 320 CSS px and 400% zoom
- Target size (pointer targets)
- Visible focus indicator
- Behaviour with real screen readers, voice control and switch access
Pending work
- A real-browser automated scan of the launch journeys.
- Keyboard, screen-reader and device testing by independent assistive-technology testers.
- A decision on assessment accommodations (for example extra time) and equivalent alternatives for timed or media-based content.
Features available today
- A skip link to the main content on every page.
- Text size and light or dark theme controls in the account bar.
- Animations respect the reduced-motion setting of your device.
